A Study in Pink, made with BFL/Masham 4ply

A Study in Pink, named for a Sherlock Holmes mystery, is a lovely lace shirt or sweater worked seamlessly from the top down with a touch of lace at the yoke and hem. It’s the perfect knit for a prized hand-dyed yarn, like this subtle heather pink Tulliver BLF/Masham. The depth of color in this colorway would make Holmes himself marvel!

Fither by Claire Walls @flossiknits

Claire is a British knitwear designer now living in Canada. I met her at Nottingham Yarn Expo where she chose the colour CORAL in my Blueface/Masham DK to turn it into a new hat design. I think the result is wonderful!

If you are interested in purchasing the pattern visit her Ravelry store or if you are curious to know more about Claire, head over to her website at Flossiknits. It is worth a visit!

Hyggelig by Verena Cohrs

Verena Cohrs is a knitwear designer based in Berlin. She designed this hat in Tulliver Yarn Blueface/Masham DK as a little sister to the Hygge sweater which was published in Laine Issue 3. The double brim keeps the ears nice and warm - ideal for riding the bicycle in winter!

You can buy the pattern in her Ravelry store.
